After completing college in California University Fullerton, He had a dream of him standing with stock tickers going green all around him. So he took his $10,000 from family graduation gifts, and invested in the stock market. Within a few years he grew it to 30,000 dollars. So he decided to ask for an internship. Instead the manager told him he was doing better then anyone he knew, and he was given a job and max contract on the spot, allowing him to trade over 10 million dollars to date!

After success as a  stock broker Herschel Will had a dream of him being the Fresh Prince of Bel Air. He found the home from his dream in real life, and noticed the condos across the street with the same street number address, and bought an off market foreclosure. His first property gained him 100% instant equity.

Later on in life he had a dream of him owning a beach house. He went to the dream homes address in real life and spoke to the owner who happened to be a humble billionaire, and one of the worlds wealthiest men. 

Long story short the owner said that he made "over 100 million dollars in real estate, and that he did not need the money, and that he rather pay tithes and make Herschel a millionaire. In essence he gifted a 6,000 sq ft mini castle to Herschel Will.

"He let me walk into millions of equity upon purchase. It is a blessing and I believe I zen’d my way with positive energy for such a great thing to happen."

Another similar situation with a common thread, is with a French Chateau. He was gifted  ownership position by a noble friend who found him deserving." I asked to help him sell it, and I was given part ownership instead."
